| 1/2 cup pineapple |
| 1/2 cup wheat grass |
| 1 cup ice |

| Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix container. Secure two-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10, then flip the switch up to the High Speed setting. Blend on High for 1 minute. |
