Lemon-Lime Sport Drink
| 1/2 lemon, peeled, seeded |
| 1/4 lime, peeled |
| 3 dates |
| 2 cups (480 ml) water (or coconut water) |
| 1 tablespoon agave nectar |
| 1 tablespoon coconut oil |
| pinch of sea salt |
| |
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 2 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Chill until ready to use.
Some settling may occur, so re-blend before drinking.
* Variation: To give it a stronger lemon / lime flavor, keep a small portion of the peel on.
