1 1/2 (200 gm) Apples quartered
1 1/2 (200 gm) Pears quartered
1 Tablespoon (15 gm) brown sugar or maple sugar
1 Tablespoon (21 gm) honey
1 Tablespoon (17 gm) apple butter
1/4 cup (24 gm) cranberries (whole fresh, frozen or dried)
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 cup (240mL) ice
1/2 cup (120 mL) water
 
1. Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix container in order listed.
2. Secure 2-part lid.
3. Select Variable #1.
4. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #10: then to High using tamper
to press ingredients into blade if necessary. Blend for 45 seconds.
