Broccoli, Kale and Celery Juice

| 2 broccoli florettes |
| 1/2 kale leaf |
| 1/2 celery stalk |
| 2 small carrots |
| 1/4 apple |
| 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold water |
| 1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes |

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately. |
