3 (390 g) medium oranges, peeled

1/4 cup (60 mL) balsamic vinegar

3 (45 g) green onions, white part only

2 cloves garlic, small

2 tablespoons sugar or other sweetener

1/2 cup (120 mL) olive oil

2 tablespoons (30 mL) lime juice

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10. Then switch to HIGH. Run for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Note: Refrigerate in airtight container. Bring to room temperature and shake before serving over salad.
