Cinnapple Syrup

| 1/4 cup (60 ml) apple juice |
| 3 cups (375 g) chopped apples |
| 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar or other sweetener |
| 2 teaspoons lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon tiny cinnamon (imperials) candies |

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 5-6 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid. Use warm or cold over vanilla ice cream, pancakes or as a garnish for apple pie. |
