Cranberry Relish Sauce

| 1 (130 g) orange, peeled |
| 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries |
| 1 (130 g) apple, cut in quarters |
| 1/4 cup sugar or other sweetener, to taste |
| 1/3 cup walnuts or pecans (optional) |

| Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #4. If necessary, use the tamper to press any ingredients into the blades while processing. Process for 10 to 15 seconds or until chunky.
