| 1/3 cup sugar |
| 1/2 cup (120 mL) lemon lime soda (50/50) |
| 1-1/2 to 2 cups (360 mL to 480 mL) ice |

| Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix wet blade container. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run machine for 30 to 40 seconds, or until smooth. Serve immediately. |
