Honeydew Sorbet

| 1 cup (240 mL) Melon Liqueur |
| 16 ounces Frozen Honey Dew melon |
| 1/2 cup (120 mL) ice cubes |

| Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Remove the lid plug and insert the patented Vita-Mix tamper through the lid opening to press the ingredients into the blades while the machine is processing. Run for 30 - 40 seconds or until four mounds form. |

| Watch your mixture carefully running the machine longer does not make it more frozen, it causes melting. Place in an airtight container in a freezer for at least one hour prior to service. |
