Whole Wheat Yogurt Pancakes

| 1 cup (120 g) whole wheat flour |
| 1 teaspoon baking soda |
| 3/4 cup (180 g) plain yogurt |
| 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) water |
| 1/2 cup (80 g) oats |
| 1 cup (145 g) blueberries or other fruits |

1. Place flour and baking soda into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 10 seconds or until mixed.
5. Reduce speed to Variable 4.
6. Blend for 5 seconds to form a hole in the center of the flour mixture.
7. Stop machine and remove the lid. Add the yogurt and water and secure lid.
8. Select Variable 1.
9. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 6.
10. Blend for 15 seconds or until just mixed. If necessary, stop and use a spatula to loosen any flour from the corners of the container.
11. Reduce speed to Variable 4 and remove the lid plug. Add oats through the lid plug opening.
12. Blend for 5 seconds or until just mixed but not well blended. Batter should be fairly thick. If too thin, stir in more oats. Stir in fruit.
