Ingredients

1 ounce (30 mL) brandy

1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals

1/4 cup (60 mL) water

1/4 cup (60 mL) skim milk

2 teaspoons sugar or other sweetener, to taste

1 tablespoon Irish Cream syrup

1 1/2 cups (360 mL) ice cubes

Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Allow machine to run for 30 seconds.

Note: This drink can be made without alcohol.
