Rosemary Chicken Potato Soup
 
Yield: 4 cups (960 ml)
 
2 cups (480 ml) skim milk
2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, baked (reserve one)
1 chicken breast, roasted (reserve 1/2)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 small onion, peeled
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1. Place milk, 1 potato, 1/2 chicken breast, onion, rosemary, garlic and bouillon into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 4 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
5. Reduce speed to Variable 3 and remove the lid plug. Drop in remaining potato and chicken through the lid plug opening.
6. Blend an additional 5 seconds. Stop machine. Serve immediately.
