Smoked Cheddar Cheese Sauce
 
Yield: 4 1/2 cups (1.1 l)
 
2 1/2 cups (600 ml) skim milk
6 ounces (170 g) smoked or plain cheddar cheese
6 ounces (170 g) non-fat cream cheese
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 4-5 minutes.
 
Recommended for: Pasta of your choice.
