Cranberry Relish Sauce

Yield: 2 cups (480 mL)

1 (130 g) orange, peeled

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1 (130 g) apple, cut in quarters

1/4 cup sugar or other sweetener, to taste

1/3 cup walnuts or pecans (optional)

Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #4. If necessary, use the tamper to press any ingredients into the blades while processing. Process for 10 to 15 seconds or until chunky.
