Chocolate Fondue
 
Yield: 4 cups (.95 L)
 
1 cup (240 mL) light cream or non-fat 1/2 & 1/2
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 ounces (177 mL) unsweetened chocolate
1 cup (240 mL) butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons orange-flavored liquor

Place the cream, sugar, chocolate, butter, and salt in the Vita-Mix container. Secure lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on the machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run for 4-6 minutes. or until heavy steam rises through the lid opening. Just before turning machine off, add liquor.

sponge cake, pound cake, apples, marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, and pineapple chunks.
