Chocolate Fondue

Yield: 4 cups (960 ml)

1 cup (240 ml) light cream or nonfat half and half

1 1/2 cups (300 g) sugar

6 ounces (177 ml) unsweetened chocolate

1 cup (240 g) butter or margarine

1/8 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons (60 ml) orange flavored liqueur

1. Place the cream, sugar, chocolate, butter, and salt into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 4-6 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid. Just before turning machine off, add liquor.
