| 1 tablespoon corn starch |
| 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
| 12 oz. part skim mozzarella, cubed |
| 6 ounces provolone cheese, cubed |
| 3 ounces grated Parmesan |

| Place all ingredients into the Vita-Mix container in the order listed, except chopped sun dried tomatoes. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Allow machine to run for 3-4 minutes, until mixture is smooth and warm. Pour mixture into fondue pot. Stir in the reserved sun dried tomato pieces.
