| 1 ounce (30 mL) brandy |
| 1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals |
| 1/4 cup (60 mL) water |
| 1/4 cup (60 mL) skim milk |
| 2 teaspoons sugar or other sweetener, to taste |
| 1 tablespoon Irish Cream syrup |
| 1 1/2 cups (360 mL) ice cubes |

| Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Allow machine to run for 30 seconds. |
