1 Strawberry Grand Marnier Sorbet   Yield: 8 servings (1/2 [120 mL] cup each)   1/4 cup (60 mL) orange juice 1/4 cup (60 mL) Grand Marnier 16 oz. (.45 kg) frozen strawberries   Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run machine for 30 - 40 seconds or untile four mounds form. Serve immediately.
