| 2 broccoli florettes |
| 1/2 kale leaf |
| 1/2 (20 g) celery stalk |
| 2 (20 g) small carrots |
| 1/4 (35 g) apple |
| 1/4 cup (60 mL) cold water |
| 1/2 cup (120 mL) ice cubes |

| Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure two-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run for 1 minute until smooth. Serve immediately. |
