| Tomato Lime Blush |

| Yield: 1 2/3 cups (400 mL) |

| 1/2 (33 g) lime, peeled |
| 1 (125 g) large tomato or 3/4 cup (180 mL) tomato juice |
| 2 tablespoons (30 mL) honey or other sweetener, to taste |
| 1/2 cup (120 mL) water |
| 1/2 cup (120 mL) ice cubes |

| Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure two-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately. |
