| Chocolate Fondue |

| 1 cup (240 mL) light cream or non-fat 1/2 & 1/2 |
| 1 1/2 cups sugar |
| 6 ounces (177 mL) unsweetened chocolate |
| 1 cup (240 mL) butter or margarine |
| 1/8 teaspoon salt |
| 4 tablespoons orange-flavored liquor |

| Place the cream, sugar, chocolate, butter, and salt in the Vita-Mix container.
Secure lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1.
Turn on the machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH.
Run for 4-6 minutes. or until heavy steam rises through the lid opening.
Just before turning machine off, add liquor.
