| 3 (390 g) medium oranges, peeled |
| 1/4 cup (60 mL) balsamic vinegar |
| 3 (45 g) green onions, white part only |
| 2 cloves garlic, small |
| 2 tablespoons sugar or other sweetener |
| 1/2 cup (120 mL) olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons (30 mL) lime juice |
| 1/8 teaspoon white pepper |

| Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix container in order listed. Secure 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10. Then switch to HIGH. Run for 30 seconds or until smooth.
